TraceLens · PRODEV Info Solutions
Privacy Policy
Effective date: 14 October 2026
This policy explains how PRODEV Info Solutions handles personal information when you browse this website, contact us, purchase a subscription or use a hosted TraceLens workspace. For an on-premise installation, your organisation controls its installation and stored records.
1. Information we handle
We handle contact and account information you submit, including names, organisation details, email addresses, phone numbers and workspace preferences. Billing records include the selected plan, invoice and payment references and transaction status. Hosted workspaces store the disclosures, subject information, findings, reports and other records authorised users provide. Operational records may include IP addresses, device identifiers, access logs and support requests.
2. Why we use it
We use this information to create and operate workspaces, authenticate users, enforce access controls and subscription limits, verify payments, provide invoices and support, investigate misuse and maintain the service. Your organisation determines the investigative purpose of records uploaded to its workspace and must have authority to supply and process them.
3. Payments and service providers
Cashfree Payments processes payments and receives the customer and transaction details needed for payment processing. TraceLens receives payment status and references; it does not collect full card numbers, CVVs or UPI PINs. Hosting and email providers handle the information needed to operate the service and send requested or transactional communications. Optional external error monitoring, when configured, is restricted to technical crash information with request bodies and case-bearing error details removed.
TraceLens uses bulk reference datasets for enrichment rather than sending individual subject IP addresses to public lookup providers. Maps use offline rendering by default. If your deployment enables an external tile provider, map requests reveal the viewed geographic area to that provider. Local AI and other optional integrations depend on your deployment configuration; consult your administrator before enabling them.
4. Browser storage and security
Browser storage holds session credentials and interface preferences. The installable app caches selected public/static assets for installation and its offline page; authenticated investigation API responses are not stored in that cache. Workspace permissions, tenant isolation and access logging restrict access to hosted records. Keep your credentials secure and sign out on shared devices. Further controls are described on our Security page.
5. Retention and deletion
Investigation retention depends on the workspace's configured retention policy, your organisation's requirements and any applicable agreement. Cancelling a subscription does not immediately delete evidence. Billing and access records may be retained for accounting, security or legal requirements. Deletion from active storage and expiry of backup copies occur through separate processes; deletion requests do not imply immediate removal from every backup.
6. Requests and updates
For account corrections, privacy questions or deletion requests, contact us using the details below. For records controlled by a customer organisation, first contact its workspace administrator; we may need to verify authority before acting. We do not sell investigation data. We will publish material changes to this policy here with an updated effective date.
